At the end of the book, you will find a grocery shopping list, a few recipes, and information about a Pilates video that I recommend to tone muscles.
In my late forties, I began putting on fat around my mid-section and thighs. In spite of all of the diets and over-the-counter weight loss pills, I was not able to shed more than a few pounds but was determined to keep trying. After much effort and many, many failing diet plans, I developed a plan that worked for me and made it lifestyle change.

People decide to lose weight for many reasons. Maybe they're motivated by serious illness, or they don't like the way they look.
